[Identified] We are currently experiencing an issue with our Agent Advance Analytics (Redshift) service that is preventing the snapshot of the Agent database from being produced. As a result, the ETL process is being affected. Current Status: We have identified and addressed the root cause of the issue. Our team is closely monitoring the situation to ensure a complete resolution and to minimize any further impact on your services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve this matter.

[Monitoring] Incident Started Time: Thursday, 14 November at 5:21 AM (EST) Cause: The root issue was due to the high availability group becoming unavailable, which halted the refresh process. Impact Summary: Affected customers will not receive today’s data. Data in Redshift will reflect only the most recent update from yesterday. Status Update: The root cause has been identified and addressed, and our team is actively monitoring to ensure a full resolution and to minimize any further service impact. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
