[Identified] We are aware of an outage with CRS. Currently we are engaged with the data center technicians and have confirmed they are experiencing service availability issues. We will stay engaged until all services have been restored and you can expect another update shortly.

[Identified] We have determined that the incident is due to an issue with an upstream network appliance. Our teams are currently replacing the affected appliance and will begin testing network routes shortly. We will provide an updated ETA once the new appliance is operational.

We will be releasing a new version of Emplifi bot. This version includes: -Planned updates for quality of life improvements -A planned bug fix for audio/video permissions in the agent chat widget -Planned improvements to mobile experience for chat widgets on iOS and Android devices.
